You may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked. Shipping fees are NOT refundable and return shipping is at the expense of the customer. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the artwork is damaged in the shipping process to me, you will receive your refund after an insurance claim is filed.
All items must be returned in their original packaging material. Return shipping as at the customer expense and the item must be insured for the purchase amount. Prior to shipping, email me at email@example.com with clear pictures of the following:
- The artwork
- The artwork in packaging prior to sealing the package
- The packaged artwork
This protects you by verifying that the artwork was in good condition and was properly protected upon return shipping. In the email please include your order #.
♦DAMAGED ARTWORK RETURNS♦
If your item arrives and the artwork is damaged, please contact me immediately to let me know. If the package is damaged you must photograph the damaged package before opening it. If your artwork is damaged in any way, I offer a hassle-free return when possible. Please take clear photos of the damaged item and email them to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email please include your order #. If I can process your refund based on your photos, you do not need to return the item. If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photos, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed. Please be sure to send your item with a tracking number. NOTE: We photograph every artwork before and after it is packaged and before it is sent to you for insurance purposes.
