SHIPPING

Original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped from Montréal, Canada.

Orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days.

All shipments of original artwork include tracking and insurance.

Signature may be required upon delivery.

Collectors will receive tracking information once the artwork has been shipped.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

All original artworks include a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

RETURNS

14-Day Return Policy for Original Artwork

If you are not completely satisfied with your original artwork, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

Certificate of Authenticity must be returned with the artwork.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.

Refunds are issued after the artwork has been received and inspected.

Custom commissions and special orders are final sale.

Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
